Consult with your EE Coordinator for your Faculty specific guidelines and processes prior to completion of applicable forms. No forms or agreements should be completed without first contacting your EE Coordinator.
- Internship Enrolment Agreement (completed by the student)
- Internship Terms and Conditions (completed by the student)
- Internship Learning Agreement (completed by the student, approved by the YU Experience Hub and Employer)
- Work Term Report (completed by the student and submitted to faculty for pass/fail grade)
